Our Delta program is offered one to three days a week. The swimmer needs to be able to swim 100m (4 lengths) in a row without major breaks. We will continue to work on freestyle, backstroke and breastroke, starts and turns, along with introducing butterfly. This group is also starting to focus more on aerobic and anaerobic training. They are learning to train.

Monique is a always a pleasure to have in practice! She comes with a great attitude every day and is always willing to try whatever I ask of her. In two short months I have already seen a lot of progress from her. She has an exciting future in swimming if she so chooses to pursue it! Great work, Monique!!
